We went through a long process of agreeing a price, receiving a sample, reviewing and signing off on print specifications, logo production and agreeing production timelines. We paid the 50% up front that they requested to start production, and after production should have started, we informed that their quotation department had made a mistake and both the production cost and the shipping cost, and both went up almost 3 times!. We tried to resolve it, but they were unwilling to meet us anywhere near reasonable price, and the final price was still more than 2 times the quoted price. Most infuriating is that while we were still in discussion for a solution, they initiated a refund and closed our case! VERY unprofessional and dishonest agents.
